Barbara Brandt, ARNP-BC
Before her nursing career, Barbara was a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Attaining extensive experience in facial anatomy, soft tissue management and advance periodontal procedures. She moved on from her dental profession to pursue a career in nursing, with her ultimate goal of becoming an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Barbara has a strong passion for aesthetics and art. She is a retired professional Middle Eastern dancer who entertained and delighted audiences in theater productions, weddings, and theme parties. She is also a certified fitness instructor.
Her extensive medical, dental, fitness, and artistic background has helped her develop a keen eye to enhance natural beauty and correct trends of the aging process, that affect the face and body. Besides extensive training and mentorship from South Florida’s best plastic surgeons, dermatologists and international cosmetic doctor and expert Zack Ally MD, Barbara has advanced certifications in neuromodulators (Botox), (Dysport), (Xeomin) fillers, (Juvederm), (Restylane), (Radiesse), (Belotero) Sculptra, Ultherapy, PRP applications, PDO threads, and sclerotherapy.
She was a medical affair consultant, clinical educator and trainer for Merz
Aesthetics the makers of Radiesse, Xeomin, and Belotero. Barbara is a member of The Nurse Practitioner Council of Miami-Dade and The International Academy of Facial Aesthetics. She is well known for patient advocacy and transparency in treatment planning and delivery.
“Although I develop customized treatments for my patients, my approach is centered in patient education, involvement, and approval of every step of my procedures; after all who’s the one looking in the mirror everyday?” says Barbara. Barbara is passionate about her work and believes in the transformative power of aesthetic treatments. It is about the quality of results, not about the quantity of patients or procedures performed. Her biggest reward is helping her patients feel beautiful, youthful, and confident. Barbara says, “Nothing is more fulfilling than seeing the joy, happiness, and smiles when my patients see their results.”
